1. Trail Bridge Sub-sector program

The Trail Bridge Sub-Sector Program is one of our core initiatives, focused on improving rural accessibility by providing technical and social mobilization services for the construction of short-span suspension bridges (up to 120 meters). Working in close partnership with local governments, we handle the entire project lifecycle—from conducting detailed surveys and preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR) to supervising construction quality and ensuring safety standards. On the social front, we empower communities by forming inclusive consumer committees, ensuring transparency through public audits, and upholding the principle of “Equal Pay for Equal Work.”
